Dr Foster helped save my sister Cathy Hoovers life almost 4 yrs ago. she had a brain tumor. He knew the severity of symptoms and had MRI done and completely hooked her up with surgeon and Lutheran Hospital. As a registered Nurse I truly value and have always respected Dr Fosters care and opinion. my family has found relief multiple times from him and his staffs care.
