Friendly and Professional I had found a frame online and the company directed to Foster City Eye Care. I called and talked to the manager who said she could order the frame for me to look at when they came in, I went to see them. The manager Debi took time to help me order the glasses. She was very friendly and professional. I got the glasses in little over a week and I love them.I would recommend them to everyone who wants good old fashion customer service!
I concur I went in because they had my favorite sunglasses designer and I found their office very friendly,helpful and low key as salesmen.The doctor was through and very informative about my personal health as it related to the health of my eyes. They performed a through set of exams, even ones I've never had before. They worked around my schedule to get everything done and when I did order my new 'shades' they came much faster then expected, a nice surprise.This is a professional group and it shows.
I had a very bad expirience, hopfully you read this and choos don't go to this place, very unprofessionals. They are very slow, took them 1 month instead of 1.5 the glasses I got were not good, so instead of changing they gave mw excusses.
This is an excellent Optometric Office. They have all the up to date machines and I feel like all my eye care needs and preventative needs were met. They also have a huge amount of glasses to choose from and friendly staff to help with the decision. The prices were fair the office wear clean and well lit, I couldn't find any dust anywhere. I recomend this office to anyone for regual checkups or for any eye care emergency. These people know what they are doing.
Great Service I went for an eye exam and glasses. The receptionist was very friendly. They were really busy but Debbie helped me pick out a frame that looks really good. (I get compliments all the time.) She took her time and never made me feel rushed or that I was taking too long. Two of my coworkers have gone and they love the serivce that they got.
