Pretty good burger, except my husband's burger did not appear to be 1/3 pound -- it was the same size as the 1/4 pound burger I ordered. The fries were average -- nothing special.
Those black and white fries are everything. I want vats of that sauce.
The Kiwi has got to be my favorite burger ever! I've been dining at this little place since it opened. The staff are exceptionally friendly, the food is good, the music is a tad bit loud (yes I'm over 60) the families keep their kids happy and it's just all round a wonderful neighborhood cafe. Good beer and cocktails, too.
Grass fed beef. Creative combos. Rock n roll atmosphere. Meet for a brew. Yah
So good. I would have liked more cheese curds on the poutine, but other than that, it was delicious!
My wife and I had a great time there. The food is really good especially the black and white fries. Aaron is a great server, very cheery; friendly and always smiling. We will return for sure.
The food was good but the service for our table was not good, unsure why. Others were offered drink refills we were not. I had a chip on the rim of my glass that could jave caused an injury. I had drank my drink by the time I notced it because I used a straw, but I brought it to their attention so it wouldnt be used again and was treated like I had caused it. Hope this wasnt related to our multi ethnic table. Food came out slow, but we did like the food and will likely give it another chance.
Don't ask for Coke or Pepsi, RC Cola or go home. Also, I think they serve hamburgers.
