Very, very. very pleased with the whole experience with FOSS. Everyone provide high standard of work. Estimate, installation, financial department - everybody who works there is professional, and i just wish every other company can provide same customer support and services. Installed with them a new center system AC for an office building in Mount Vernon.
Mark is an excellent, professional salesman who gets results! He has stuck with me for months while I was trying to get an electrical job done before Foss could install my heat pump. After several months I emailed him back, and he was right back on track with me - and it looks like everything will be done before the end of this month! Wow - great guy, great response, great company.
RecommendedFoss Heating sent Brett Madden out to fix my minor gas leak, after I contacted Cascade Natural Gas 5 times and Kris Yaun referred me to Foss, so grateful, thankfully, Brett was very kind, supportive and found my leak in minutes. Brett did a fantastic job of repairing the issue and I would definitely recommend Foss Heating and Cooling to my real estate clients, and suggest they ask for Brett to be their technician. I felt completely taken care of with their expertise and confidence in repairing the situation at my house.
