Nothing like confirming your appointment and 2 hours later at the time there doors are closed and building is empty. Garbage customer service. Avoid these clowns!

Have been a patient since this office opened. Forward Dental West Bend provides excellent dental care and accepts my Delta Dental Insurance. Cindy, the Administrative Assistant and Billing Coordinator is second to none.
Edit: apparently they only respond to complaints when it’s done in a public format. I have had such a problem trying to reach the billing person. For example - today I called and waited on hold of 23 minutes before I hung up. Horrible experience with billing issues. This place is not organized!
