This facility has a history of break-ins and based on our experience, there are tenants who are targeting other tenants like they targeted us. According to management, these RATS have units there and they know about it but will not do anything to investigate and therefore place the responsibilities on the sheriffs. The facility does not have cameras along every row and does not monitor activity unless something happens.
