If you sign up online for there promotion don't expect to have it stick. I signed up they put me toward the back. 10x15 $34 to start up, then I said something closer to the front which is $6 more that's cool still falls into the promotion. Making it's total now $47. The promotion was 75% off the first 2 months making it $14.50. The 1st month i was charged both $34 & $47. Then the 2nd month i was charged the full $56.00 i called an asked why was I charged both fees and Louis gave me a run around i explained my self very clear... read more

Recently rented out another storage unit. I have one for myself and another for my son and I can say that I am very satisfied with the customer service Luis has provided for us. It’s a nice clean space and was easy to rent out.

I've rented at this location for several years now. Forward Storage has upped the game with improvements especially with telephone customer Rep. Rajay! Rajay has gone "above and beyond" to assist me with unique account questions. Thanks for always following through Rajay!
