If you want to get better I strongly suggest selecting a PT group that believes in one on one sessions. Forward Physical Therapy does and I believe that personal attention to form makes all the difference in the world. My previous group had nice folks but they had to handle 3 people per session and although they labeled me a high achiever, I wasn’t getting over my problem. Great people, its hard to enjoy recovering from an injury or working through pain but the people there. I have been to many PT's before and this place is definitely more detail oriented and they do a good job listening. Very please with the services offered. Would highly recommend
