Clothes dryer drum would not rotate. Repair person arrived and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. He advised me there was a part that needed to be replaced, which he had on his truck, and the total repair would cost $291.14... I told him to go ahead with the repair. Twenty minutes later he announced he was finished with the repair. The dryer now worked so I paid him. Make sure to request Victor when having your appliance done. This company uses different contractors to go and make appliance repairs. Not all of them are good. But Victor is AMAZING. He came to our house and diagnosed the problem with our fridge - working for 45 minutes just on the diagnostic part (that I'm only on the hook for $19.95 for). The parts were going to be $250 (and I had already consulted the web just in case I wanted to DIY so I was expecting this) and the labor he quoted me was $130. Very reasonable! He went t... read more
