It doesn't get better than Forward. Amazing service and someone available 24 hours to answer any of your questions or concerns. It is located conveniently in the Westfield Mall, two blocks from our home, and we love having everything in the app. Your blood work comes to you in hours and you can track your health trends quickly and easily. Wish I could give zero stars. This company just took our money and basically ran. We paid the 150 for a membership and made our first appointment and got ghosted and haven't been able to call or reach anyone since. I don't even know how to cancel so they don't charge me next month.. this is a complete sca

Have been a member for almost 2 years. This place used to be great. But I've noticed they don't follow up in a timely manner and if you want an appointment you have to wait 3 weeks just to get blood drawn. I was in a car accident last January (as a pedestrian) and my lawyer told me to see my Dr before I see theirs. The Dr at Forward was trash. She suggested I take pain meds and that was all, granted I could walk and was in some pain but nothing was outwardly broken. When I saw my attorneys doctor they sent me for MRIs and I ... read more

Wish there were more stars. Every time I come in everyone is so nice, efficient and really take their time to talk about my issues. 12 out of 10, would recommend to anyone ever.
