Just finding out they have permanently closed! I loved the membership, service, the staff, and especially Dr Dallas. Very sad to see them go.
Dr. Dallas is excellent and always takes the time to explain my health in depth and really discuss how I am doing and what I can do to take control of my health. He takes the time to address any concerns I have and I always leave feeling like I have the full picture of my health. In addition, the technology deployed by Forward makes sure that I am using the latest and greatest to diagnose any potential ailments and that all my medical records and help are just a click away!
Constantly told things that were supposed to be included had to be handled by outside doctors.... Was supposed to receive sensor kit at the beginning of the membership they sent it to the incorrect address and never rectified the situation.... Save your money go somewhere else almost nothing is actually included as advertised
Dr very quick to respond to in app texts, appointments readily available, and high tech diagnoses.
