My experience with Forward was excellent. I hope to be able to reactivate my account in the near future. With the loss of my spouse, my income has been reduced. As soon as I restructure my finances, I will be back.
Forward is a wonderful service and a vast improvement over the traditional doctor office visit. More only hope is that more locations will open
I can’t get a hold of them and as a prior member was curious in rejoining but more importantly was trying to get a hold of my medical records and never heard back. It is a bit unsettling to know that your medical provider office is unresponsive and won’t give you your medical records.
I am extremely disappointed with the services I have received from your company. When I initially signed up, I was promised a revolutionary approach to accessing healthcare, with fast patient wait times and a convenient system for referrals. However, the reality has been far from satisfactory. Today, I find myself in pain that is manageable, but yet waiting indefinitely for a simple referral.
