As a healthcare professional myself, I will say once I found Forward I was so grateful. I have always wanted to be an active voice in my healthcare and I wanted someone as focused on prevention as I am. I broke my knee 6 months ago and got 0 direction from forward health. I went in the day following my injury and the doctor did no type of evaluation. Literally poked it and said “ooooo” and ordered a x-ray which I got and found out I had a fractured patella. A different doctor video called me and notified me I had a fractured patella and advised to use a immobilizer for an unknown amount of time. This is unlike any other primary care experience I’ve ever had. 10 stars! I can’t believe healthcare can be this comprehensive, streamlined and easy. I’m shocked! My experience has been TOP NOTCH so far. I’m definitely not ever going back to the old primary care model after being spoiled with all that Forward offers and how incredible the entire medical team that works with me has been!
