Dr. Seibold has been phenomenal to work with!! He has assisted me with chronic Lyme, EBV and hormonal imbalances. Thanks to him, I feel the best I’ve felt in many years! I wrote this review a loooong time ago Maybe it didnt post? The staff at Forum Health are kind, good communicators, relaxed and professional. Dr. Seibold is an amazing doctor- extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, respectful, very clear communication about what lab results mean and explaining the mechanisms behind various different treatment options.
