RecommendedIt has the best layout of any gym I have been in and has a large amount of various cardio machines...They also have many disinfectant sprayers placed all around the gym...They also offers RPM classes and awsome vegan protein shakes and a delicious variety of preworkout drinks..They also have the friendliest and most helpful staff🙂.
Just took new Core Training Class , Great energy & routine. Comfortable environment, work at your own pace with individual attention from instructor. Fun & challenging at the same time. Nice job. Thanks 👍

i was a member there in early 2000's great gym! might be moving back to north Jersey. If I do! i will definitely considere joining your gym again. Great equipment! Great workers
yes great machines, good environment
I would not recommend this gym because they drop classes with out notice. I personally love Zumba but unfortunately I can't make Alton classes there to late. We need a Zumba or Sh'bam class like 6 or 630. I love Sh'bam but I can only make when I have the day off.
I had been a member there for nearly twenty years. Had I not moved out of town I would still be there. An amazing gym. So well taken care of, excellent staff.
