This place has quite literally saved my life, physically and emotionally! It has become a second home. I love it!
Every time I visit this is my first choice I've toured all the gyms in Jersey city . forum is the place I go to . thank you Ms Mary Pat for your hospitality always.
I enjoy working out there.. Hours are great.. Parking great.. Lots of fitness machines.. Lots of nice members.. Clean.. However .. Some of the staff members are not friendly... To hire a personal trainer is way way to expensive for me... I feel that some of the people who work there can be more friendly.
My experience has NOT been great! Everytime I turn around there is a problem! Tonight i cannot bring my 16 year old daughter with me to see if she likes it? So I can get her , her own membership? But when I asked if she could have a membership, I was told yes! Problem after problem!! NOT HAPPY AT THIS POINT! There are to many other choices in Bayonne for the inexperience of the people answering the phones and mistakes they make!
Never go here!!!!! Such a money scamming place! Tried to cancel since October of 2015, finally just paid off my balance after trying to get out of this place. They don't care if you lost your job, they want their money! I've even had employees tell me they haven't been paid. Worst customer service ever, had Margaret derogate me for 20 minutes telling me to "put my big girl pants on and stop acting like a child and be responsible" Being responsible is knowing when you're living out of means and cut back on luxuries.
