Wonderful greeting from the desk as I entered, immediate (and a bit early!) cheerful introduction from my technician, bit-by-bit explanation of her procedures, explanation of the fluoride treatment, and her awarding me an A rating for flossing, etc. Same with Sir Dentist--total explanations which left me with no questions! Quick appt. made conveniently at the deak for a few days from now for follow-up stuff! From start to finish--EXCELLENT!
