Mold in apartments. Migraines, rashes, respiratory issues and make you very ill. Not worth health to live here. Owners are horrible and slumlord. Carpet old and smells. They don't change carpet pad. Berber carpet would be smarter choice. Fireplace has carpet around fire box that is over a wood box. Elevator is third world. Parking garage has old grocery carts. This location is really great, in walking distance to just about everything. The units are clean. The complex is very safe and well kept. The people are friendly. There is always someone available to help you and tend to any issues. I like being able to park my car in the parking garage and not have to worry about it being on the street.
Avoid This Place This is not a friendly or safe place to live. Appliances in this complex are very dated, probably considered high tech when they were installed in the early 1960s. The laundry room on site has very old machines, and you can easily spend up to $5 to actually wash and dry your clothes due to the limited number of crummy machines.
