Great location. Close to a lot of places. Staff is superb. Room is small but very quaint. It's NYC, you don't stay in your room!
No room service?
Went to Opia's. Service was horrendous. Food was okay. Nothing I'd write to France about.
For the same price, stay at The JW.
Staff was very rude and not helpful. Rooms are very small, and the wood paneling in our room was rotting away/misshapen. Huge comfy beds, though! And Opia is FANTASTIC. Try the spinach!!
Beds aren't very comfy. Even with my head on pillows, my feet are higher in the air...
Highly recommend avoiding room service at all costs. Super slow, and a college kid can make better food in a dorm room.
I fail to believe their restaurant has more than a hotpot and a microwave based on the food they serve.
Great boutique hotel a short walk to most midtown attractions and subway is around the corner. Very comfortable quiet upscale rooms. Yes they're small but this is NY! The rooftop lounge is gorgeous.
