I've been a resident for a year now and it's been great. Elizabeth has been my agent and let me tell you she knows how to care for you, yet get down to business and get you into your home. The thing about Forty200 just like any other good residency is do your part as a resident and they'll always take care of you. Golden rule :) The staff is awesome Elizabeth, Crystal and Mora always have smiles when I walk in and take care of any work order or any concern, so I'm unsure where all these negative reviews come from. I just renewed my contract at Forty 200 Apartments. I love living here and the fitness center is my favorite spot. The office staff is great and maintenance crew as well. Elizabeth was my previous leasing agent from another apartment community, and it's because of her dedication that I decided to moved here. I recommend Forty200 to anyone looking for a great place to call home.
I believe GOD sent us to 4200 Apts because He was ready to set His people free from the awful place we were living in prior to 4200. We sleep better, we breathe better, the atmosphere is much quieter, safer and cleaner than our former place. Anywhere you go there will be a few people who don't know how to behave but I have no complaints about neighbors, pests or loud music. Recently moved in to the complex. Elizabeth was AMAZING and worked miracles to me into an apt.
I've been in Forty200 apartments for only a few weeks, and so far it has been great! I look forward to continue coming home to a peaceful place of living!
Always saying you owe money that you dont. The security guard is a peeping tom. Staring in bedroom windows and taking pictures of me when I walk by. Roaches are everywhere and the office staff does nothing to help you or even take time to act like they are helping you when you reach out to them. Save yourself the time and headache and live anywhere else but here.
