I couldn’t just leave it at zero stars. This is pretty bad when calling to make an appointment. no one ever answers the phone you’re put on hold for at least 15-20 just to make an appointment and when they do answer they aren’t very polite either. I had blood work done and it took them over 2 weeks to even give an answer and that’s because I kept calling. Came here for my birth control shot which either was not administered correctly or they didn’t tell me I was already pregnant but it was a waste of time coming to this office I see now.

Calling the office is the worst experience I've had in dealing with ANY doctor's office. They are rude and completely inept. I've had to call in multiple times the last few weeks and EVERY time I have to listen to 20-30 minutes of music before the call is answered with short, curt, and unhelpful responses. I can't believe the providers allow their staff to answer phone calls in this manner. It's bad.

Now as far the doctors they are great about giving the right care, but the people who suppose to handle the calls they suck period, and they act like there's a problem with calling to make a appointment with one the doctors at that office.
