I can't say enough good things about Fortunes Fine Jewellers. I originally brought my watch in for what I thought would be a simple battery replacement. When I picked it up, I noticed the chronograph was no longer working properly. Without any hesitation or trying to avoid responsibility, they immediately offered to have it inspected. Had a great experience buying an engagement ring here. Michael was responsive and accommodating every step of the way, from finding the diamond to drawings, models, and the final product. Was able to get a ring that was exactly what fiancée was looking for and she gets complimented on it all the time.

I refused to sell some of my gold at the time because I wanted to see if some other jewelry store would offer more. So I called him back bc I had some other gold for sale and he said I won't buy any of your gold!!! Just because he was really interested to buy my gold and I refused him. Rude old guy! I I would not recommend this place
