I’ve been using Fortune’s Convenience for Stallion package drop-offs for more than a year now, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. The owner has always been extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. There have been several occasions when we brought in more than 50 orders at once, sometimes even after the cutoff time, and he still took the time to scan all the packages and make sure they were sent out on time. Please avoid this convenience store, whether it’s for package drop-offs or anything else. The owner is extremely rude and unhelpful. If you ask anything or need assistance, he starts shouting instead of speaking to customers respectfully. When it comes to package drop-offs, it feels like his only concern is getting his commission, with no responsibility or proper customer service. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.
