I have questions about my escrow so I called the escrow company. Kelly king was mean and rude. I would like to complain her with the owner. Kelly answered the phone and hand up me and even threatened me Not calling the company. I am a buyer and I want to ask questions and she refused to give me any information about my escrow. The builder asked me to cancel my home and loose all of my deposit if I want to change escrow officer. Is it fair? This is a discrimination. I won’t use this company in the future and stay away.
