The worst experience I have ever had in a rental. They refused to fix anything, we ended up with no heat and no a/c, house was falling apart, took forever to get a leak in the yard fixed. Then they lose a bunch of properties (including ours) to forclosure and don't tell anyone. Do not rent from these slumlords.
Very good people! Best landlord I’ve had hands down. Very down to earth and helpful, stays on top of managing the property I rent from him. 10/10 and would most definitely recommend!! big appreciation to Andre, thank you for all you do!!!!
