Was paying rent every month I found out my house was in foreclosure when the sheriff came to my house apparently it had been foreclosure for months and I didn't know but they were still collecting my rent money I had to move out of the property it was never mentioned too me at all but they were still collecting my rent every month so yourself a favor and don't rent from these people stay away...

The worst experience I have ever had in a rental. They refused to fix anything, we ended up with no heat and no a/c, house was falling apart, took forever to get a leak in the yard fixed. Then they lose a bunch of properties (including ours) to forclosure and don't tell anyone. Do not rent from these slumlords.
