Our neighbourhood (inc.houses no.20,22,26,28,30,32@Guinevere St.) have filed multiple complaints to this agency, council, EPA & police regarding their tenants at 24. They’ve been disturbing the neighbourhood with their loud exhaust/music multiple times a day starting at 5a.m, then plays Disco Hi-Fi at night. Dozens of warning letters were sent the last 1.5yrs but to no avail. Some of us were the original 1st owners of the house & land for 10 years and have never seen people like this.
