I have recently moved out of a rental with fortune connex as our property managers, I couldn’t fault them. They were always on the ball, fixing any issues, always in communication and just a great real estate! If you’re lucky enough the rent through these guys or have them as your property managers, take it! Ben is the best! Thankyou guys for being so great.

My sister recently applied for a property with Fortune Connex, she was approved for the property and paid her deposit within 5 hours of being accepted due to her husband working night shift and seeing the message once waking up. As per the feedback given in my sisters review, not once were her or her partner notified that another party was interested and also offered the property, there was also no communication regarding a 3hr time cap on the deposit needing to be paid for it to be given to someone else. Honestly so disappointed with this agency. And would never recommend them to anyone. We were approved for a property and my partner received the approval email and a text message congratulating us. He works night shift so only seen the both of these when he woke up. . He made the payment of the bond straight away only to be told that another party had already paid their deposit and that ours would be refunded. Simply the Best! Lillian made selling our apartment seamless as everything was taken care of. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism, dedication, and guidance through the whole process of selling. The marketing campaign was excellent with a very pleasing results. I inquired about a property price, they told me when to come for the inspection and didn't give a price guide. I asked about the price guide again and that email was not answered.
