Went for a birthday party. Wait staff brought my 1st drink, never cleared our plates, had to track someone down to get our refills and didn't see them again. To top it off we were automatically charged gratuity. I would not have left them a quarter... they forget us....you should forget getting a tip. Ripoff.
We have been going to the Fortune Buffet since before they moved to Coldwater Crossing. The management is always nice to us when they see us. We really enjoy eating there. Food is good, service is good, and the price is good. No complaints by us!

It's clean and spacious and has a great selection! Favorite buffet I've been to so far. Staff is super friendly also.
The food there is excellent. The service is terrible they apparently have no math skills because my girlfriend found a two dollar error when she presented a coupon. And no hardly anyone speaks enough English to understand you.or for you to understand them
Excellent food, the service could be a little better, but overall I would definitely eat there again.
Place suck and food is cold pop is warm and they don't remove your dirty plates
