I have been seeing Dr. Brinckhaus for years, I used to work with the both of them at the hospital. I am being told now that I am no longer a Pt there now that they moved. Both Dr Brinckhaus's are the best! The office staff has always been terrible!

Not super happy. Took a week for the referral to get we're it needed to be in the same building so they could forward it. 3 weeks later it was still not at the proper facilities where the test to be conducted. Information was not provided accurately for the nerve test or the MRI. Into week number four they have received the referrals but there's not enough information attached to it so they can't schedule an appointment. Horrible service for referrals and incompetent lying referral person. Literally just caught her lying to me and refused to do her job. Think same person does prescriptions also cause even though reminded them after app and they confirmed sending it that day, they never sent it and had to remind them again and got it like a week later. During business hours calling goes straight to voicemail often and says they are closed, but they are open so you know they just have that as their away message. Vickie Fowler is one of the most unprofessional, rude and ignorant "doctors" I've ever encountered. I won't even bother explaining my experience with her, but I will talk about my mom's experience. My mom told Vickie that she was in debilitating pain, constantly tired and losing weight. She told her she was worried that she may have cancer. Vickie quite literally laughed, rollled her eyes and said "you don't have cancer" and instead told her she most likely had a stomach ulcer.
