Dealing with eye issues is a horror show. Dr Fortune is a complete professional Explaining my situation and treatment was clear and precise. I would highly recommend Dr Fortune to any diabetic dealing with Retina issue. Diabetic eyes are no joke does not matrer in some cases how well you control your A1C!!!
I will not go back! The checkin process was efficient the technician doing the eye exams was pleasant. However, I never saw the Dr until we walked out of the exam room. He sent in his assistant to tell me what I already knew! I am leaving with more questions in my quest to find an answer to my vision problems. I run a medical facility and the people I work with are happy. The majority of people at this office didn’t smile and seemed put out. Took my wife here. 2 hours of wasted time. The Dr never came in to see my wife sent his assistant. Will not return. By the way he passed us in the hallway on the way out! 2 stars due to the nice front desk.

I recently took my mother in-law for a an appointment with Dr. Fortun. The check in process was very efficient and wait time was reasonable. Dr Fortun entered the examination room by greeting my mother in-law very politely with a hand shake. He explained everything in a very professional manner. However, he never acknowledged me sitting in the room. I think a simple greeting would be expected.
