Consumers, do not work with this agency or Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company (UPCIC) based on my experience. In my view, their conduct was unprofessional and not in compliance with applicable laws and standards. I contacted the agent, Jxxxxx Oxxxx (JO), to request a complete copy of my homeowner’s insurance policy and to clarify coverage details. I can never get ahold of someone, and when I do all of my information comes up wrong. It’s been three years going back and forth with this company to try to get my ADDRESS RIGHT!! Imagine if they had to do ACTUAL work!!! I feel completely vulnerable and we are planning on switching to a new company. Cynthia has been absolutely awful the last three years.
