Dr. Fortson staff was very professional and everyone was so pleasant. Sarah the Hygienist was very detailed in her procedures and asked questions of my medical history as well as dental before starting my cleaning. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Fortson and Dr. Catherine both were very knowledgeable of my dental needs and what procedures I would need to give me that perfect smile. The office was very clean and neat which gave me the comfortability of wanting to select this office for my dental care.
I am a long-time patient of Fortson Family Dentistry. Every staff member is extremely welcoming and professional. My favorite part of my experience is always getting my teeth cleaned by the hygienist, Keisha. In addition to being wonderful at her job (gentle, thorough and efficient), she is an incredible spirit to be around. Miss Keisha makes a commonly uncomfortable experience the highlight of my day! First I would like to say this rating is not for the receptionist on the person that cleans your teeth. This is for the actual dentist, Dr. Waller is her name. She has the worst client relations I've ever seen. She doesn't smile her attitude is nasty and she was upset when I wouldn't purchased a month guard. Once she said that she wouldn't replace my crown unless I purchase a month guard, I started taking my apron off and said I'll go somewhere else. That's when she said she would do it. My first visit with Fortson Dentistry went extremely well. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienist and the dentist were very personable and provided answers to questions that I had regarding the process and procedures. This helps to put me at ease for my follow up to come
My day started out like ever other work day can’t wait to end. But after visiting Fortson Dentistry especially talking with my hygienist & the incredible job she did examining and cleaning my teeth, made the day worth a visit. And to top it off, the receptionist made leaving after paying my bill like giving a tip. 🫡
