The staff at Fortson are fantastic. Front office staff are kind and welcoming. Sara did an amazing job with the xrays, cleaning and other essentials. Dr. Tanafranca is a really quality dentist. Very respectful and professional with a delightful demeanor. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for dental care.
The most beautiful environment!!! Not only do they do an extremely beautiful job with my dental work! They have the most inviting and beautiful staff and dentists I have ever encountered! My top two wisdom teeth were removed and the process was wonderful. The staff made me feel at ease and the procedure was successful. Recovery was not painful at all. I recommend this location for anyone seeking safe and reliable dental work.
I liked the dentist that my son saw for his visit and was considering switching out whole family. However, the front desk receptionist were unprofessional and rude. Potentially because they were taking the doctors orders or just nonchalant, but the directions provided made me question the credibility of the staff, especially because that advice could lead to life threatening complications (which I know due to my professional and educational experience.) Dr. Fortson staff was very professional and everyone was so pleasant. Sarah the Hygienist was very detailed in her procedures and asked questions of my medical history as well as dental before starting my cleaning. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Fortson and Dr. Catherine both were very knowledgeable of my dental needs and what procedures I would need to give me that perfect smile. The office was very clean and neat which gave me the comfortability of wanting to select this office for my dental care.
