FIRST OFF I LOVEEEEE THIS OFFICE! I have been coming for years. Dr.Waller is the best hands-down... NEW OFFICE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE! I have complained about the office manager Michelle before; she has no people skills or customer service etiquette. The way she spoke to me today was unethical; she has no empathy, and her tone is abrasive. I followed Dr. Carson to this office (not South), and she has since retired. Dr. Waller and her team are an amazing group of individuals. Dr. Waller is kind, gentle, knowledgeable, and is amazing at describing what’s going on with your teeth. It’s a family atmosphere and I’ve never been so comfortable being in a dentists office.
My dental office visits are pleasant and primarily exceptional. Dr. Waller is very attentive and professional. The overall office is very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend their services. My family members are also patients at Fortson Dentistry in Lathrup Village, MI.
