Absolutely the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I took my Massimo unit to Fort’s Industrial Engines because they were one of the closest certified shops that could handle warranty work. When I first called, I explained all of this clearly and was quoted $80 for pickup and drop‑off. They kept my unit for over two months, and every time I followed up, I got a new excuse — first they were “waiting on parts,” then their garage door was broken so they “couldn’t test” my unit. Horrible 2k experience. Said part wasn't available needs new motor, got old motor back in a million pieces, new motor too big so they just cut the hood up to fit!
