My wife discovered and trapped a rodent in the pantry on Dec 21st. I called Fortress from my work and spoke to Mike. That same day, four days before Christmas, he had Xavier at the house who took care of the problem and even came back Dec 26th to follow up. Mike was very understanding and Xavier was really courteous and professional. A great experience all around.
Another pest control company stood me up after I had emptied my kitchen. I called Fortress and, surprinsingly, they accomodated me in a same day service. Previously I had called other 2 vendors whom either didn't pick up the call or couldn't do same day service. They showed up in time and did a fine job.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. I used Fortress to treat my ant problem. I would use them again.
Recurved my CPAP machine from them, nice customer service and made sure I knew the simplest way to work it
