There are more problems than I can list with this place. If I listed all the issues with just my apartment alone, it would be unbelievable, not to mention I have videos to back all of this up. They will try to do damage control and try to "save face" and make excuses like they have to another person who reviewed in an attempt to discredit them, because upper management is beyond unprofessional. Historic property with modern conveniences. The residents and amenities are great. My spouse and I moved in shortly after construction completed and were the first residents to occupy our unit. It seems that there is always some kind of social activity while never feeling crowded or uncomfortable. Personally, I appreciate that the community room, work-out studios, and court yard are located securely in the garden level of the building rather than main areas of traffic. RUN, RUN, RUN for your life! On June 9th at 6:30 a.m., I was walking to the basement for coffee in the community room - I had my jammies on and my "all you need is love" coffee cup. You need more than love to live at this building- you need to carry a gun and mace.
