Called them to come out take a look at one of our coolers in May. The technician told me that he spoke with manufacture and they will send the necessary part to Fortney and both labor and part will be covered by manufacture, since it's still under warranty. 2 months later i called to check on the part and they said they're still waiting. 3 months after that, i called and they said they closed the ticket because i was supposed to be the one to order the part and they never ordered any part for me. Waited 5 months for nothing.... read more
