Came to Pittsburgh for one night for business but didn’t want to throw off my workout routine. Stumbled on this place and was very impressed. My first impression was of one of the coaches running a youth CrossFit class. The kids were loving it and the coach created a fun and safe environment. I was able to get an evening workout in for myself and then came to the 6:30am class the next day for the adult class. This is really a great Gym. Our kids also do a weekly class here, and love it. Super clean facility and very thought out workouts.I highly recommend checking them out.
There’s tons of room inside and plenty of weights, squat racks, pullup bars, and kettlebells. I love the 24-hour access because my work schedule varies quite a bit and I cannot always make it to the classes. Other times, I just feel like doing my own workout and it’s great having both options. The coaches are knowledgeable and professional and the other students at class are fun to be around.
