This the most welcoming gym. From the awesome coaches to the members, everyone is helpful and supportive. I’m on of the older members and a professional at scaled workouts. There is always a scaled movement if I can’t do Rx. The strength, cardio endurance and confidence I’ve gained since joining is astounding. I am so happy I found this gym.
I can’t say enough good things about this gym. From day one, the coaches and members made me feel welcome, supported, and motivated. The coaching is top-notch — they genuinely care about proper form, safety, and helping every athlete improve no matter their fitness level. I found this gym on google, sent a text message to see if they offer day passes and if it was possible to get a pass for a Sunday. I was messaged back very quickly. Sent me a link for a drop in which made it super easy. This is a great gym for crossfit/powerlifting needs if you are into that. Super friendly and helpful. I will be looking forward to going back when I’m in Pittsburgh area again!
Dropped in while I was in town for work. Great class and great people. Will definitely drop in again if I’m back in the area!
