The area I live in was infested with rats roaming entire neighborhoods. I had one enter my home. I contacted Fortified and they immediately responded and got rid of my problem. I got a quote for bed bug extermination and he was thorough, timely and so knowledgeable. It turned out I did not have bed bugs thank god, but if I ever do in the future I know where I am going. He was honest and pricing was reasonable.
