I contacted Fortified Pest Management because I was concerned about some droppings in my garage and wood rot that might have been caused by termites. They came out quickly to verify and let me know that it wasn't actually termites as well as gave recommendations on next steps to take to remedy the issue. The technician who assisted me, Frankie, had great communication throughout the process. He let me know the window of time he expected to be there, sent me a message when he was on his way, and his estimated time of arrival.... read more
The rats were active behind the patio furniture some of which they ate and left a mess. It would help to check behind it next time.
