Unprofessional rude and semi racist the receptionist was polite at least unlike the owner … I drove my vehicle away on flat just to get away from their establishment
The lady that answer the phone wasn't very nice or polite. I was asking her for directions to get there and she was very rude.
Quick and professional road service.
If you have to leave your car until the morning make sure you have the more affordable towing service place a sign on your car, because apparently even if you let the dispatcher know, these people will punish you for not calling them first.
