The first day I walked in the salon, I was very impressed, I was greeted by the owner, very friendly I told him I was here for Nikki has been doing my hair for 4 years plus, she has become family to me.

It was my first time here. There was a delay for my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances but they did everything possible to make sure I was ok. Offered me a drink and even gave me a gift card because of the delay in service. My hair looked great and I bought some products. I’ll definitely be going back. Nice salon and nice people

When I came in, I sat for over an hour before I was sat down in a chair. I was fed "mimosas" in a plastic glass while I was waiting as the owner sat on his phone watching YouTube videos at the front desk. Mind you, I called to let them know I was running 5-10 minutes behind in getting there and on the phone they did not inform me how behind the salon was so I rushed there to sit around and fiddle on my phone for over an hour.
