We were sold a bill of goods as to how this software works. It does not work as is. It freezes, drops data entered into the billing software, changes balances to credits in the ledger, diagnoses are changed when exporting to the billing side along with duplicate visits created on the same day. This is the tip of the iceberg. My billing manager has a 7 page document of issues with the software. Technical support explains issue with circular reasoning to the point where nothing makes sense. SCHEDULING & EHR PROGRAMS HAVE COME A LONG WAY - FORTE HOLDINGS (Specifically Chiro8000) HAS FAILED TO KEEP UP. We used this program at our practice since 2015 and we are extremely relieved to finally have transferred to a secure online Scheduling and EHR system.
