I am so sick and tired of these doctors offices, that triple and quadruple book. I’ve been waiting for an hour and a half at the stupid doctors office and nobody even came in. I think it’s complete bullshit.
It is only a 1, because it won't let me do ZERO....So disappointed in Forte Family Medical....with all of their horrible reviews, surprised they are still open. They want my 72 year old mother to come in to get her anxiety pill renewed...they have to SEE her. They told her to wear a mask....she laughed as no one has them, then they told her to wear a scarf!! what a bunch of idiots.....get with the times...you can do a zoom meeting with your patient and only give them a few monthly supply so it is safer for them to come in ... read more
I have been recommended by a friend to go to Family Forte (Cheyenne location) but the Rainbow location was closer to home for me. I got the pleasure of being given Beverly Straus as my doctor. I have never had to wait so long for a scheduled apt as well as being completely nervous for her to even enter the room. She has made me feel extremely uncomfortable with her unprofessionalism and rudeness. I am Reading these reviews and I find it confusing I have not dealt with any of these experiences although I have had some wait time I understand that there are patients with A need to for more time too so I am patient and I wait but have never had to wait too long I had iron issues and Dr. Beverly Strauss did everything possible to make sure that I got through them and was treated kindly and professionally she then moved back to New York I couldn't find a doctor like her anywhere she came back and I am so thankful I thi... read more
Terrible clinic!!!
Dr strauss is not professional at all, the second time they called me to come in to tell me that my blood results were fine, they just wanted to get more money for me coming in again. When the doctor came in the room she said to me do I know you? Was she serious?? She did not have my chart with her or anything,specially after they were the ones that called me to come in again. Never going back with her again got a different doctor.
Dr. Forte is just in it for the money. She does not spend time with her patients, she refers to businesses she owns, and she is full of herself. I've withnessed Dr. Forte screaming at her medical assistants and students, and humiliating them in front of others. She is disrespectful to her staff. She is the epitomy of what the term "God complex" means. Stay away from this place!
I have been a patient with Forte Family practice for over 10 yrs. I have only seen two providers Susan Shields P. A and Beverly Strauss ? DiPaolo APRN both very knowledgeable and compassionate women in the health field. Sorry Jean R but I have to strongly disagree with your remarks and negative feedback about Beverly Strauss DiPaolo APRN first off everyone who has seen Beverly has referred her as "Doc" because she is very competent and genuinely cares about her patients ! I have been a patient at Dr. Forte's for over 10 years and saw Susan Shields P.A whom was very knowledgeable and compassionate after having over 6 brain surgeries for Trigeminal Neuralgia and Anesthesia Dolorosa along with a cortex stimulator on my brain Susan communicated with my neurosurgeon to see how best to care for me as well as order tests at his request.
