Mark is very professional and helpful. He is one of the best physical therapists there. I have accomplished so much with his help while bending my knee. I had great difficulty when i first started I came from "Progress Therapy on Aramingo" I had a terrible experience, but this place has helped me so much. Thanks to Mark I am getting the help I need and deserve.

This place sucks. The therapy do not listen to their patients. I left my visit after only 5 minutes. The bald headed therapist named mark should be fired. There is no complaint process what so ever. When I called to complain I was told to take my prescription and go someplace else. This has been the worst health professional visit I have ever had. Fortaleza be should not be in business. Do not give these people your business.

I miss my appointment cause of a family emergency and call to reschedule and I call at 4:57 and was put on hold OK no problem but dame it was 5:16 and still waiting that for me was unprofessional is not like the place is full cause first time I when it was only 4-6 people.
