The wait time was longer than I thought it should be but there was only one doctor on-call so it wasn't that long considering.
It takes over one hour to see the doctor even with an appointment. They ask for your consent to use AI software that records audio of the entire consult. I denied consent and the software was used anyways. It was only turned off when I glanced at their computer and noticed it was on.
