Anyone facing infertility should not also have to deal with rude staff. I would never recommend this place. They committed financial errors that cost us more money (as if we were not already paying enough), and treated us terribly. There are too many other good options out there to stick with this place.
No luck at all getting set up for embryo transfer using privately donated embryos using donor eggs. I am in a cycle now with another clinic and if I waited for them to get back to me I still wouldn’t have a plan. They even told me not have the donation contracts drawn and finalized. Decided to travel to donors clinic instead and donors and I finalized our donation in December rather than waiting. Not super communicative on 3rd party reproduction side of infertility. First visit was 2/21/20, best experience I’ve had in a long time!! The Staff is so Amazing it was like long lost Family catching up on lost time type of visit.. they made me feel very comfortable and accepted.Dr Kaufman was so open and transparent about his experience that I really felt apart and not alone❤️ this is definitely the place for your future family planning 😇

RecommendedI definitely love Dr Patel he’s a amazing Doctor:) he helped me with my infertility problems and now I am expecting my 3rd child, it didn’t took him that long for him to find out the problem that I was having thank you for all your amazing work and If I ever have to come back I will choose him again!

Dr. Kaufman’s office is fantastic. We worked with Dr. Patel and he was wonderful from start to finish; from explaining all of our options to actually helping us step by step, month by month, once we had made a decision. They are thorough, have excellent staff, and are very accommodating to late appointments for working people.
Dr Kaufmann is a phenomenal physician. Obviously infertility is an emotional roller coaster. But he goes above and beyond to be there for his patients in all the good times and the bad. How many doctors do you know that call you in the evenings to check on you if you had bad test results? He’s exceptional. Morgan, the embryologist in their lab, is a God send as well. She takes time to put what seems like rocket science into layman’s terms. These people are the best to have around you when dealing with infertility.
