Dr. Kaufmann was very relatable and confident in our very first meeting. After trying 2 rounds of IVF with another doctor, I turned to him with our last hope, and 6 months after surgery we got pregnant. After 4 years of trying, we are finally 24 weeks pregnant with a baby boy! So many thanks are due him!
I love this group of wonderful Doctors, Nurses, and staff! Everyone is so nice! I love Dr. Kauffman, he is honest, straight forward but compassionate as well! I LOVE Ashley, she is always there to answer any questions I have. Even after being out sick she emailed me after our IUI to ask if I needed anything or had questions. You are all truly a blessing to us, thank you so very much❤️

While Dr. Kauffman was very nice and answered my questions (as well as my intended parents' questions) I don't feel his office manager, Heather, is very customer service oriented. They do the monitoring for my pregnancy since my IP's doctor is out of state. He wasn't in on a day I was scheduled for an ultrasound. Instead of explaining the situation, I was told they don't feel comfortable doing it because I'm not their patient & I can see another doctor at another office.
