Dr. Hoyt and staff made my experience so pleasant. I have a fear of dental procedures from bad childhood experiences, so a relaxed, comforting atmosphere is very important to me. I was well informed concerning my treatment plan - both short term and long term. A more complicated procedure was needed than originally planned; however, Dr. Hoyt was able to complete the procedure in that office visit so that I was saved the stress of having to wait for another appointment. All concerns/questions were thoroughly and satisfactorily answered. I believe they care about my dental health and want an excellent quality of care. This is my 3rd visit.
I had a lot of anxiety about returning to the dentist after avoiding it for so long, but the staff there put my mind at ease, and fixed several problems I was having in just a few visits. I now feel silly for putting it off so long. Many thanks to Doctor Hoyt and his entire staff!

Dr. Hoyt and Shannon are awesome. Dr. Hoyt is very attentive and patient. I have a real fear of dental work and they helped me get through it. Got a crown and some other work done...and I didn't panic! I am starting invisalign soon, I completed my impressions this week!
The staff is always so welcoming & kind as soon as I walk in the door. Everyone is so professional & goes out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable during and after treatment. The fees are always explained up front before anything is done, which really helps. I love Floss, and I tell everyone they need to go here!
