I had a terrible experience with Fort Worth Community Credit Union after my mom passed away. During an already difficult time, they were unhelpful and unresponsive. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, they wouldn’t return my calls or provide the support I needed. Their lack of compassion and communication made an already painful situation even worse. I expected better from a community credit union.
Poor service, actually service is practically non-existent. Simple question to cashier re my PIN done inside bank, I was made to go drive outside to the ATM, card didn't work, go back inside bank, wait in line, and rep then had me call an outside number to reset my PIN. What a waste of my time!
DO NOT use this bank! This is the worst company I've ever worked with. You cannot do the most basic things with your account without spending hours on the phone. As a bonus even the upper level staff has no idea what they are doing and no sense of customer service. I spent 30min arguing with a manager to finally get the answer I came in for that would have solved my problem in 30sec. Disgraceful.
