Great company! I have used them a few years ago and will continue to use Fort Worth Air Conditioning CO. INC. Great same day service to fix my Air Conditioner last Friday. After calling several companies, Fort Worth Air Conditioning was the first one to call me back and give me an estimated arrival window. The technician, James, arrived within a few hours of my calling. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was running correctly. Pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Fort Worth Air Conditioning Co. Inc takes advantage of people and charges excessive prices on goods. i.e. They charged me on non-holiday/non-weekend/non-evening $105 per pound for R410a new refrigerant. ($270 first trip & $855 second trip one week later) each trip cost with labor $1,060.95 & $1,190.00 for $2,250,95 for couple hours of labor & mostly refrigerant. I was charged $90 service charge for a estimate on hooking up an existing system and a quote on a new system. I explained in detail what I needed prior to them coming out and it was not a service call. The quote I received on a new system was 40% higher than the next highest bid. I would suggest getting other bids before using these folks.

I have never given a negative review before today. The service was that bad. First, the repairman failed to inform us of what work he was performing and the cost of the work. He only stated that it needed Freon and asked to use our hose so he could rinse off a coil. At the end of the service call he charged us over $1300 – including a $150 charge for rinsing off the coils with our hose that was literally right beside the a/c unit.
