Today I had a follow up visit with Jessica Wiedemann. I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early and then sat for an hour and 10 minutes in an examination room and NO ONE came in! No one checked on or offered any explanation. I finally left the room and went to front desk to say I had to leave! There was no explanation, no “I am sorry “, nothing. When I asked that my insurance not be billed no one could answer definitively that it would not be billed. I love Dr. Shugart but the treatment I received today was unacceptable. ... read more
Dr. Shugart is a wonderful Dr. I had ACDF surgery on C3 & C4 in February of 2020 absolutely Awesome results. This man is truly a gift from God and has i skills. Highly recommend this Dr and his staff. Rhonda Leininger
