Complete joke. I have had a car here 3 months and the service advisor is never here. Somehow calls and leaves a voicemail that we never receive. Jeremy is a joke and Chris the service manager always sends someone else out because he’s just always unavailable. This is the 3 led part on this vehicle that is needed to be changed because of the diagnostic was wrong the first 2 times.
Our sales person was amazing and walked us through the sale process! She answered all of our questions and our financial guy tried to find us the best deal and attempted to stay within our price range! Love my vehicle.. Have been in love with the telluride for some time and so glad that I finally got my dream vehicle!!
